Kay Dee Earns FCI Certification |
The Facility Certification Institute (FCI) now recognizes Kay Dee Feed Company as a Level 1 Certified Facility. The certification assures dealers and consumers that Kay Dee livestock supplements do not contain any restricted-use protein products. |

| The FCI was created by the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) to provide non-biased, third party certification programs that ensure the continued safety of animal feed products and to provide additional safeguards in the prevention of bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in the United States.
Kay Dee President, Tom Lohry states, "It was important to us that we receive this certification. Kay Dee wants to support the feed industry’s efforts in doing all it can to prevent BSE."
All Kay Dee product labels will be imprinted with the FCI certification symbol. You can be assured that Kay Dee mineral and protein supplements are free of any restricted-use protein products and that Kay Dee will continue to use the industry’s finest quality ingredients. |
