additional salt or other mineral containing salt. |
| CATTLE: Feed free choice - 2 to 4 ounces per head per day. Pour in mineral feeders or
bunks located in easy access areas, such as pathways or watering and loafing areas. Or,
mix with rations. |
| HOGS: Feed free choice - one ounce per head per day. Or, mix with rations. |
| HORSES: Feed free choice - 2 to 4 ounces per head per day. |
| NOTE: Animals deprived of mineral may over-consume Super
Ranger Kaydets when first offered free choice. If this occurs, limit amount
offered for first 7 to 14 days. Supply Cattle or Horses one pound per 5 head, Hogs one
pound per 10 head. If over-consumption continues, mix additional salt with Super
Ranger Kaydets. |
